Teeth Whitening in Helena, MT

In today's world where appearance holds significant value, the color of your teeth is understandably a top cosmetic concern. Melton Dental in Helena, MT recognizes this and offers professional teeth whitening services to effectively address this issue. While there are numerous over-the-counter whitening products, our clinic utilizes a superior solution, highly endorsed by Dr. Sean Melton. This professional treatment is capable of lightening your teeth by several shades and ensures longer-lasting results compared to other alternatives. Our professional-strength whitening gels work effectively, penetrating deep beyond the surface of your teeth to remove stubborn stains. This is in stark contrast to store-bought options, which often only provide superficial results, and at best, only slightly brighten your teeth.

The specifics of your teeth whitening treatment at our clinic will be customized based on Dr. Melton's recommendation. At Melton Dental, we offer various effective and high-quality whitening options. The most suitable method for you will be determined during a consultation where Dr. Melton will consider your personal goals and lifestyle. Typically, in-office teeth whitening procedures are completed within an hour. This involves applying a prescription-strength whitening gel, enhanced by a light system technology, which rapidly brightens the teeth by several shades. Alternatively, while equally effective, our at-home kits tend to produce more gradual results over a few months, leading to a subtly enhanced whiteness.

At Melton Dental, teeth whitening offers numerous perks for Helena, MT patients who want to obtain a whiter, more vivid smile. A few of the advantages of whitening include:

  • Often provides obvious improvements following only a single treatment
  • Elevates self-confidence
  • Offers a rejuvenated and more aesthetically pleasing smile
  • Can be customized to reach the level of whitening you desire
  • Can make you appear more approachable and pleasant
  • Elevates your look by reducing stains and discoloration due to drinks, foods, and aging
  • Produces a more self-assured first impression in social and professional situations

My first visit and what a great experience; despite the complexity of enhancing my smile and being in the chair 2 1/2 hours! Dr Melton snd his staff are top shelf. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I’ll post before and after photos when my dental work is complete.

This was the best customer service I have ever had! My son was getting senior pictures this weekend and was supposed to get teeth whitened Friday. A staff member got sick so need to reschedule, but Dr. Melton called a staff member (Lenny (who was amazing)) see if there was anyway someone could come in on Saturday. They came in on their day off to whiten my sons' teeth! She was so kind, excellent customer service, made us feel welcome! We will be back, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Melton Dental!

Does teeth whitening cause pain?

Professional teeth whitening is designed to be comfortable and safe for your teeth and gums. At Melton Dental, our team ensures that the whitening method chosen is tailored to your needs, safeguarding your oral health throughout the procedure. You can feel confident knowing you’ll leave our office with a radiant, beautiful smile.

How long will my teeth whitening results last?

The duration of your professional teeth whitening results can vary based on factors like your dental care routine and the foods and drinks you consume. During your consultation, we'll give you a more specific idea of how long your whitening results might last. However, professional treatments generally offer longer-lasting brightness compared to over-the-counter options.

What can I eat and drink after whitening?

At Melton Dental, we recommend drinking only water for the first four hours after your whitening treatment to keep your smile looking its best. After that, you're free to enjoy your usual meals and beverages. However, for the following 48 hours, it's wise to avoid drinks known to stain teeth, such as coffee, tea, sodas, and wine. Doing so can help maintain your whiter smile for a longer period.

Whitening can offer quick and dramatic improvements to your teeth and total look. If you've been considering a teeth whitening program but aren't certain whether professional or at-home options are the suitable alternative, we invite you to schedule an appointment with Dr. Melton to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each procedure before you make your choice.
