This was the best customer service I have ever had! My son was getting senior pictures this weekend and was supposed to get teeth whitened Friday. A staff member got sick so need to reschedule, but Dr. Melton called a staff member (Lenny (who was amazing)) see if there was anyway someone could come in on Saturday. They came in on their day off to whiten my sons’ teeth! She was so kind, excellent customer service, made us feel welcome! We will be back, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! THE best dentist I have ever been to. I have lived in multiple states over the years and in my opinion, no dentist compares to Melton Dental. I always feel so comfortable. The neck pillows and the positive relaxing music make it feel more like being at the spa! Dr. Melton and his staff are the nicest, caringest people. It’s obvious how much they truly care about their patients and their well being. They offer top of line modern dentistry with so many wonderful options to choose from. They walk you every step. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. I am never disappointed with their service. I wouldn’t ever want to go anywhere else.

Caring and informative. I have never liked going to the dentist, and I was still nervous my first couple of times here. But they take such good care of me and have small comfort items, like warm neck pillows. I find my visits very relaxing and always leave feeling refreshed.

My 94 year old mom broke a tooth and developed an abscess. Called all over town for a dentist and received a recommendation from Helena classified. Called and got an appointment for the next day. We arrived for our appointment about 40 minutes early and we were treated with the most courteous. Dr. Melton was so gentle with my mom and explained everything to her. From the moment I came into the office I was impressed by the doctor and their welcoming staff. I needed a broken tooth fixed, my visit was pleasant and best of all virtually pain free. I was kept comfortable with a warm blanket and neck roll which I thought was a really nice touch. I absolutely love my new smile!

Dr. Melton’s work is exceptional. I required considerable work from cracked teeth and baby teeth and his treatment plan was clear and concise. The staff is friendly but at times a bit inexperienced. I went to another dentist for two crowns because I thought they would be cheaper and ended up paying more for much lower quality crowns.
