I don’t normally post reviews of places I go to but I just wanted to praise Dr. Melton and his staff because they are so friendly and punctual. I have never had to sit around waiting to be seen and I have never had any scheduling conflicts where they have canceled on me or anything like that. Not only that but this office uses a lot of really cool modern date dental technology that I was never even aware existed! They offer all kinds of different procedures besides things involving oral hygiene like sleep apnea and facelifts etc. just to name a couple that I saw advertised. Another thing is they are very thorough in their exams. Dr. Milton informed me of things that I should be watching for and taking care of that my previous dentist never mentioned in the 10 years I was going to them. I am really glad that I found this dentist office when I moved to Helena and started looking for a dentist to go to

This was the best customer service I have ever had! My son was getting senior pictures this weekend and was supposed to get teeth whitened Friday. A staff member got sick so need to reschedule, but Dr. Melton called a staff member (Lenny (who was amazing)) see if there was anyway someone could come in on Saturday. They came in on their day off to whiten my sons’ teeth! She was so kind, excellent customer service, made us feel welcome! We will be back, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! THE best dentist I have ever been to. I have lived in multiple states over the years and in my opinion, no dentist compares to Melton Dental. I always feel so comfortable. The neck pillows and the positive relaxing music make it feel more like being at the spa! Dr. Melton and his staff are the nicest, caringest people. It’s obvious how much they truly care about their patients and their well being. They offer top of line modern dentistry with so many wonderful options to choose from. They walk you every step. My 94 year old mom broke a tooth and developed an abscess. Called all over town for a dentist and received a recommendation from Helena classified. Called and got an appointment for the next day. We arrived for our appointment about 40 minutes early and we were treated with the most courteous. Dr. Melton was so gentle with my mom and explained everything to her. From the moment I came into the office I was impressed by the doctor and their welcoming staff. I needed a broken tooth fixed, my visit was pleasant and best of all virtually pain free. I was kept comfortable with a warm blanket and neck roll which I thought was a really nice touch. I absolutely love my new smile!
