This was the best customer service I have ever had! My son was getting senior pictures this weekend and was supposed to get teeth whitened Friday. A staff member got sick so need to reschedule, but Dr. Melton called a staff member (Lenny (who was amazing)) see if there was anyway someone could come in on Saturday. They came in on their day off to whiten my sons’ teeth! She was so kind, excellent customer service, made us feel welcome! We will be back, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! THE best dentist I have ever been to. I have lived in multiple states over the years and in my opinion, no dentist compares to Melton Dental. I always feel so comfortable. The neck pillows and the positive relaxing music make it feel more like being at the spa! Dr. Melton and his staff are the nicest, caringest people. It’s obvious how much they truly care about their patients and their well being. They offer top of line modern dentistry with so many wonderful options to choose from. They walk you every step. I had an emergency during a holiday weekend and they were the only office between Helena and Bozeman that would help. Since that time, I’ve been going to Dr. Melton. He’s thorough and makes sure there is no pain during procedures. His staff is wonderful too. Highly recommend!

Caring and informative. I have never liked going to the dentist, and I was still nervous my first couple of times here. But they take such good care of me and have small comfort items, like warm neck pillows. I find my visits very relaxing and always leave feeling refreshed.

Dr. Melton and his hygienists are wonderful. They take the time to explain things. They listen and are never condescending.
